Rental rates (all inclusive price)


Off-season:
Rates are based per apartment for 2-4 guests

01.05.-30.06.:    Euro   90.00 per/night for 2-4 guests
01.07.-31.08.:    Euro  105.00 per/night for 2-4 guests
01.09.-30.09.:    Euro   90.00 per/night for 2-4 guests


Peak season:

01.10.-20.12.:    Euro  105.00 per/night for 2 - 4 guests
21.12.-10.01.:    Euro  121.00 per/night for 2 - 4 guests
11.01.-30.04.:    Euro  105.00 per/night for 2 - 4 guests

Please note:
From 01st October 2025, the Mauritian goverment
wille charge 15 % VAT on the rental price
as well
as a tourist tax of € 3.00 pe person per night (from 12 years of age)


50 % deposit:  30 days after reservation
or if agreed: 60 days before arrival
50 % payment of the balance:
30 days before arrival in Mauritius
or if agreed: Payment on the spot in cash


Cancellation Policy
100 % refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date. 50 % refund for
cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

A price reduction as agreed depend on the season and long-term-rent

Costs one-way, journey time approx. 1 hour
Cash payment ditrect  to the taxi driver on the spot

for 1-2 people:  Euro 55.-
for 3-5 people:  Euro 65.-

• Daily cleaning (exception Sunday and Public Holiday)
